The whole line for producing fencing mesh(wire diameter from Ø 3.5mm to Ø 12mm) is composed and integrated by the following plants:

     Driven by 1 sets of servo motor from YASKAWA, increasing the efficiency, speed and accuracy of the feeding procedure. 
     Each roll can be controlled separately at pneumatic pressure. 
     Compact feeding rolls design easy to maintain and replace of parts. 
     Pneumatic units are from AIRTAC.

     Line wire minimum spacing is 100mm, adjustable by 50mm multiples. 
     The welding system is designed for smooth and ribbed wire. 
     Wire diameter: Ø 3.5- Ø 12mm. 
     Welding speed from 60 - 80 strokes per minute. 
     High quality copper electrodes. 
     Stainless steel water cooling pipes used for longer lifespan. 
     Pneumatic units are from AIRTAC.

Payment: 40% of total price as advance payment by T/T after signing the contract; 
 60% of total price by irrevocable and confirmed L/C payable at sight.

Commissioning 
and training: by TJK technician at customer’s plant. Travel, accommodation and meal expenses, at customer’s charge. 
 
Voltage: 380 V/50-60 Hz/3-Phase (extra voltage will be defined). 
Warranty: Within the limits of what hereinafter set forth, TJK undertakes to remedy all defects of the equipment attributable to its engineering, material and workmanship. Such obligation of TJK is limited to defects that show within 12 (twelve) months from the delivery of the equipment.  
To benefit from these rights, Buyer shall notify within 8 days of its discovery to TJK, in writing, analytically and precisely, all shown defects. 
 
Validity of quotation: 30 days from the date of the present quotation.
