Slotting Unit :

Phase and left-right movement of slotting disc are regulated by Digital controller. Which can be regulated and displayed on the touchable screen directly. It can be regulated by by buttons too. The right-left movemrnt of slotting disc can be regulated correlatively. The up slotting disc set and up scorering wheel can be regulated correlatively. The regulation size can be read from rulermark directly.

Dividing position fixing device.ensures each unit relative position keep unchanged when it is separate and close.
Opening slot place is adjusted by united electricity power.

Main parts of drive adopts no bond connection collapsible.

Machine Set

Automatic Stack Unit :
Automatic counting system. Rise and fall of stack arm is controlled by pneumatic. Stack arm rise and fall is regulated automatically according to cardboard feeding quantity. The motor is speed regulation motor.

Main control system adopts touchable screen. Operation is easy and direct
Return-to-zero and memory erase function. Each part phase return-to-zero and preset and horizontal position return-to-zero. It ensures error can be compensated automaticlly in process of printing, die-cutting and solotting if there is error in first cardboard.
Main motor is VVVF motor. Operation stable. Power saving.
Prefeed. The unique prefeed function increases printing speed greatly.

Feeding Unit
A vac-sorb system is used in it. Feeding period is synchronized with plate cylinder. Feeding is normal for thin cardboard and bending cardboard, too.
Both of the left guard and the right one can be adjusted broadwise by a motor.
The feeding height for the front guard can be adjusted manually.
The rear guard can be adjusted vertically by a brake motor.
The strength of cardboard will not be damaged even if the feeding gap is small, because of the adaptation of a spring buffer device on the feeding roller.
Slotting Unit
The slotting cutter can be adjusted circumferentially at 360°by a motor during its rotation.
Both of the top slotting cutter and the bottom slotting cutter can be synchronously adjusted broadwise by hand, and the adjusted position will be shown on the dividing ruler.
The cutter shaft is sturdy and durable because it is electroplated with hard chromium and abraded precisely.

Printing Unit
The printing roller can be adjusted circumferentially at 360°during its rotation.

The checker roller is a metal roller or a ceramic roller which are engraved by laser, and can be separated from the surface of the press plate automatically.
There is a fast plate-hanging device on the plate cylinder so as to load and unload the press plate quickly.
