The charcoal briquetting machine production line can be used in producing high quality charcoal shaft with low cost sawdust, corn cob and peanut shell,cotton stalk, etc. The machine-made charcoal has no smoke and smell, no pollution and residuals, its burning time is three times of the ordinary charcoal. Conditions for establishing a machine-made charcoal factory

1. Annual capacity: 300t machine-made charcoal:
workshop area: 80-100 sq. m, workshop height: ≥3.5m , power source: 380V, storehouse: 40-60 sq. m, outdoor field can hold 4 sets of movable carbonization stove and raw material stack.

1 set of model BSG280-I drying machine with hot air
2 sets of model BSC120 fuel forming machine
4 sets of model BST500 movable carbonization stove
Ration Power: 42.3kw
Coal consumption: 30kg/h (timber and bark are both workable).which are used in drying machine

2. Annual capacity: 600t machine-made charcoal:
workshop area: 160-180 sq. m; workshop height: ≥4.5 m , power source: 380V, storehouse: 100 sq. m, outdoor field can hold 8 sets of movable carbonization stove and raw material stack. Equipment needed:
1 set of model BSG560-I drying machine with hot air
4 sets of model BSC120 fuel forming machine
8 sets of model BST500 movable carbonization stove

Coal consumption: 60kg/h (timber and bark are both workable). Which are used in drying machine.

3.5-4t raw material containing water content of 30-40% can produce one ton finished machine-made charcoal.

3. What's the difference between machine-made charcoal and ordinary charcoal?
All indices of machine-made charcoal are higher than that of ordinary charcoal, furthermore its burning time is 3 times longer than ordinary charcoal.

Cost varies according to local production conditions and raw material price. Here is around usd120 per ton in China at present.

After saling briquetting machine, if necessary, We will send one or two engineers to set up and commissioning of the briquetting machine until it running in normal state. Druing the time your workers who will operate the briquetting machine will be trained.
